Service scope, access requirements, and final pricing depend on roof size, roof material, level of organic growth, and site conditions. Any additional work requested after an estimate is approved may change the total price.
Appointment times may shift due to weather, safety, or equipment constraints. You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for securing pets, vehicles, and personal items near the service zone.
Payment terms are provided with your estimate or invoice. Unpaid balances may result in pauses in service or additional fees where allowed.
Roof cleaning results vary by roof age, material, prior staining, and the severity of algae, mold, or mildew. Some staining may be permanent due to oxidation, granule loss, or long-term growth.
Pre-existing issues such as loose shingles, failing sealants, deteriorated flashing, prior repairs, or aging materials can affect outcomes. We recommend addressing roof repairs before cleaning when needed.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or materials that are already compromised. Any claim should be reported promptly so we can inspect and document conditions.
